In Wake of Wildfires, DEG’s EnTech Fest Rescheduled to June 3

50% of Non-Member Ticket Sales Will Be Donated to Fire Relief Efforts

January 16, 2025 | As the Los Angeles wildfires continue to impact wide swaths of our DEG community, and our Members prioritize home and family, DEG leadership and staff have made the difficult decision to reschedule EnTech Fest, which had been set for February 5 at Skirball Cultural Center in West Los Angeles.

DEG’s EnTech Fest will now take place on June 3, 2025 at Skirball as DEG EnTech Fest + Summer Symposium, combining the early year event with EnTech Summer Symposium, a summer companion conference launched in 2024.

The fourth annual EnTech exhibit and conference event will offer a dynamic space for entertainment technology leaders to come together in a vibrant exchange of knowledge and ideas, to learn about new technologies and products, make new industry connections, and strengthen existing relationships. The event will end with the DEG Annual Reception.

“In good times and bad, DEG is committed to supporting our members, and the larger industry, by creating spaces like EnTech Fest for creative collaboration,” said DEG President & CEO Amy Jo Smith. “All of us at DEG are confident that our digital entertainment industry will demonstrate resilience in the face of this adversity. As our community works through this together, we encourage all members to take special care and to put your personal safety and well-being, and that of your family, first.”

DEG thanks all the companies and individuals who have supported EnTech Fest by committing to exhibit, sponsor, speak and attend this year. Your DEG contact will be in touch about moving your participation to June. In the meantime, feel free to email Andi Elliott (Andi@degonline.org) about sponsorship and exhibition opportunities, or Marcy Magiera (Marcy@degonline.org) about conference programming and speaking opportunities.

All existing registrations will be automatically moved to June 3. Members always attend DEG events at no charge. (If you work for a DEG Member company, you are a member.) Registered attendees seeking additional information should contact Meegan Andes (Meegan@degonline.org).

Non-member tickets may be purchased for $695.00. Half of the proceeds from all non-member tickets will be donated by DEG to fire relief efforts.
