June 17, 2021 | Mark Howorth, President, Iyuno-SDI Group, opened DEG’s “The Expanding World of Localization” Expo this week with a broad view on the state of localization, including challenges to the quality-time-cost delivery equation, and the need for greater localization capacity as the volume of content, available in more languages, continues to grow. For the future, he sees more consolidation among localization providers, greater capacity, a partnership model between content owners and localization providers and more focus on creative in localization.
