The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge on the Run (Paramount)
February 15, 2021 | While the trio of titles at the top maintain their rankings from the previous two weeks, the films below them experience significant shifts in viewership. Netflix’s To All the Boys: Always and Forever bowed at No. 4 in its Valentine’s weekend debut, while Malcolm & Marie soared to No. 8 after a strong showing this week, and Amazon’s Sylvie’s Love, having tumbled three spots last week, regained its footing at the end of the top 10. A pair of debuts entered the back half of the top 20, with HBO Max movie Judas and the Black Messiah slotting in at No. 13 and another romance, Amazon film The Map of Tiny Perfect Things securing rank No. 15.
*Screen Engine/ASI’s weekly Top Watched VOD Premiere Movies list is based on the incidence of respondents from the syndicated weekly PostVODTM online survey saying they viewed in the past couple months a list of recently released VOD movies, including PVOD (Premium Video-On-Demand), EEST (Early Electronic Sell Thru), or SVOD (Subscription Video-On-Demand).
